While we try to do our best to send all of the correct wheels out in a timely manner, there are times where the wrong product gets sent out. Nobody is perfect and we will not claim to be. We will, however promise you that we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. The customer will incur no extra costs as long as we receive the product back in the same condition it was sent out.
